Students studying Travel and Tourism in Year 12 went on a trip this week to investigate why tourists visit Whitley Bay. We were very lucky with the weather and managed some time on the beach and an ice cream as well as visiting all the tourist attractions in the area.
This is the 3rd visit these students have been on, having previously visited Kielder and Durham and o’€‹nce again, the students behaviour was impeccable and they were a pleasure to be with.
