Thank you for considering Burnside College as the school of choice for your child’s learning journey.

Burnside College is its own admissions authority.  If your child is wishing to join us from an alternative Secondary School you will need to complete an In-Year application and follow the submission instructions. You must use the application form supplied by the school and this must be returned to the school not the Local Authority. Below you will find all of the information you need to do this, including the admission policy.

In Year Applications/Transfers

An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the admission round and the child will be admitted where there are available places.  If your child is wishing to join us from an alternative Secondary school you will need to complete an In-Year application form available from Burnside College.
